CARVIG Care Plan
Your plans.
Your privacy.
Your vehicle plans belong to your device until you choose to use a contact or copy action. This policy explains what the app stores, how those actions work, and the separate storage used by the business website.
Effective 2026-10-01
01About this policy
This policy describes information handled by CARVIG Care Plan, the Android app for preparing vehicle-care and workshop requests for CARVIG ARREGLOS Y RESTAURACIONES SAS. It also distinguishes the separate planner on the business website.
The business contact for privacy questions is fullegian119637@gmail.com. The contact address is CL 24 4-62, BRR EL CARMEN, Ibagué, Tolima, Colombia. You can read this policy inside the app without an internet connection.

02Information you choose to enter
A visit plan can contain a vehicle name or make/model, vehicle class, optional make, model, year and odometer reading, selected services, focus areas, observed concerns and service notes. You may also add a preferred visit date or time window, a budget, handoff notes and a reply preference.
Name, email and phone fields for your reply details are optional. The app does not ask for a vehicle identification number, registration plate, payment information, account password or identity document. Enter only the information you want to retain in the plan or include in a contact message.

03Your working draft
Edits to the current working draft are stored in the app's private local database so you can continue after leaving or reopening the app. A working draft is separate from the visits you explicitly add to Saved.
Opening a different visit or starting a new one protects meaningful changes in the current draft with a choice to keep editing or discard and continue. A storage error is shown in the app; changes that could not be written may remain only in memory until a later successful save.

04Saved visit plans
Save stores a visit on this device with a local reference, creation and modification times, your entered fields and snapshots of the selected services. A snapshot contains the service name, scope, units, available options, price bands, quote rules and catalog version used when that service was selected.
Editing and saving an existing visit updates its same local record. Duplicate begins a separate working draft, which is added to Saved only when you save it. Viewing a plan or opening a contact app does not create another saved visit.

05Processing on your device
The app uses the vehicle class and selected service options to show a subtotal range for priced work and a separate list of work that needs a quote. These calculations take place on your device.
Changing a vehicle class uses the price bands already stored with that plan. The app does not silently replace the saved service snapshot with a newer catalog. A preferred date is part of your request and does not reserve an appointment or establish availability.

06App permissions
The Android app does not request access to your contacts, precise location, camera, microphone, photos, calendar, SMS messages or phone-call history. It does not need an account to browse services or prepare and save visits.
Email and phone actions use Android to open another app when a suitable handler is available. Opening the dialer does not place a call automatically. Permissions used by another app are controlled by that app and Android.

07Bundled content
The service catalog, core service images, fonts and policy text are included with the installed app. Browsing this content and using local drafts and saved visits do not require a connection to a content server.
An installed app update may replace bundled content. Existing saved service snapshots remain part of their plans. Images in the app are catalog content; the app does not upload images or collect photographs from your device.

08Email handoff
The email preview shows the business recipient, a subject and the plan text before you choose Open email app. That action passes the displayed subject and body to an available email app addressed to fullegian119637@gmail.com. The text can include the vehicle details, service selections, notes and optional reply details shown in the preview.
You decide whether to send, edit or cancel the message in the email app. CARVIG Care Plan cannot establish that a message was sent, delivered, read or accepted. Once you send a message, the email provider and recipient handle their copies outside this app's local storage.

09Phone handoff
Open dialer passes the business number +573185233364 to an available phone app. You decide whether to place a call. The app does not automatically transmit your written visit plan during this handoff.
A readable plan and copy actions remain available for your conversation. Calling, the phone app's records and any information you give during a call are outside the app's local plan database.

10Copying plan text
Copy actions place the selected plan text, email address or phone number on the system clipboard. A plan copy can contain all of the details shown in the preview, including optional reply information.
Clipboard availability, previews and access by other apps depend on your Android version and device settings. Copy only when you want to move that information elsewhere, and replace or clear the clipboard through the system when you no longer need the copied text.

11Network and third parties
The Android app has no direct network permission and does not send plan data to an app backend. It contains no advertising, analytics, crash-report upload or runtime AI service. Local plan data is not automatically sent to the business.
Email or phone apps that you open are separate services and may use connectivity under their own settings and privacy practices. App distribution and operating-system services may also handle information independently of this app.

12Device storage and security
Drafts and saved visits are kept in the app's private storage area, which is protected by Android's application access controls. The app does not add its own database encryption and does not promise protection against someone who can unlock or otherwise access your device.
Use the device's screen lock and security controls. People with access to an unlocked device may be able to read the app or its copied and sent information. The app does not deliberately write your plan details to public storage or diagnostic logs.

13Backup and app updates
The app disables its Android backup participation and excludes its plan data from the configured cloud-backup and device-transfer rules. It has no account sync, cross-device restore service or user file-export feature.
A compatible app update keeps local records and their saved snapshots. Clearing app storage, uninstalling the app or losing access to the device can remove those local records. Keep any information you need through your own deliberate contact or copy actions; those copies have separate retention.

14How long information stays
The working draft and saved visits stay on the device until you discard the draft, delete a saved visit, clear app storage or uninstall the app. The app does not automatically expire or upload old plans.
The business and email or phone providers can retain information you choose to send or communicate separately. Deleting local app data does not delete a recipient's message or a provider's record. Contact the relevant recipient or provider about those copies.

15Your deletion choices
You can edit saved visits, delete one selected saved visit after confirmation, or start a new draft and discard the current draft when prompted. If the selected saved visit is also the open working draft, confirming deletion removes both in the same local operation. A different current draft is preserved.
Cancelling a deletion keeps the data. Android's app-storage controls can clear all data for the app, and uninstalling removes the app's local storage. Local deletion does not recall an email, cancel a service request held elsewhere or cancel an appointment.

16The business website
The website planner and Android app use independent local stores; they do not sync. The website uses browser localStorage for its working draft and saved plans on that browser. Its requests are not uploaded to an app server, and service links carry a service identifier rather than your personal plan fields.
The website's email, phone and copy actions are deliberate handoffs with the same sending and receipt limits described above. It does not use analytics, advertising cookies, embedded maps, uploads or a service worker. Browser storage controls can remove its local data; private browsing, blocked storage or storage limits can prevent it from retaining changes.
A website host or your browser may process ordinary page-request information when you load a hosted website. That page delivery is separate from the Android app's bundled offline content. The planner displays storage errors and does not treat opening a mail link as proof that a message was sent.

17Intended audience
The app is intended for people preparing vehicle-care and workshop requests. It is not designed as a children's service and does not offer child accounts or child-targeted features.
Avoid entering information about another person unless you intend and are entitled to include it in your local plan or contact message. The app does not provide remote diagnosis or determine whether a vehicle is safe to drive.

18Changes and privacy questions
The effective date above identifies this policy version. A later app release may update the policy when its information practices change; the current bundled version remains available from About.
For questions about the app's described practices or information you have deliberately sent to the business, contact fullegian119637@gmail.com or +573185233364. Describe your question without sending unnecessary sensitive information. The app's local records can be managed directly on your device using the choices described above.
